Xero Parklands

Map Description

XERO Parklands. It has just about everything you could want to be put into a fairly small (about the size of ECUSA) but a very very realistic and highly detailed map.

The main focus of the map is the racing circuit named Xero Speedring with 5 different layouts (Full, GrandPrix, Short, Classic Full, Classic Short). This circuit was built in the 1980s after the local Airport was shut and a bunch of land was available for use and cheap to buy. As a result, the track has a few fairly long straights but also some more street circuit-type aspects as you get closer to the warehouses in the far corner of the track.

62 Missions including a few “careers”

You saw that correctly 62 individual missions spanning from time trials, to car chases to collections, to AI racing, and everything in between.
For the careers, there are a few based around different disciplines of motorsport all available on this map and they are; Road Racing, Short Course offroad racing, RallyCross, Oval racing, and Derby racing. Each features 5 AI races where you must win one to progress to the next. The racing and rally schools are also included if you want to skip a few races and learn via the school.

Map Details

Full-Length Race Track:

As previously mentioned there is a full-length bespoke racing circuit with highly detailed track mesh perfect for wheel and keyboard users alike. The full layout is 3.17 miles long and takes about two and a half minutes in a GTIV spec K series

Sand Dunes:

In the very south of the map along the coast of the ocean, you will find absolutely massive sand dunes with giant dune-to-dune jumps, bowl turns, and entire rhythm sections for your favorite offroad machines.
Northeast of the big open dunes is some wooded dunes similar to those on the Oregon Coast. In these dunes there are 50-100 trails weaving in and out of the trees, you can seriously create thousands of tracks and layouts as you go up and down the sandy hills.

5 Smaller racing tracks

On top of the larger full-size circuit, there are smaller tracks dotted in and around the Xero Parklands Motorsport Campusall with working AI racing both in missions and free roam. (Just spawn the cars you want to race and hit flee or random) The tracks included are:

• Paved Short Oval
• Kart/Drift Track
• Dirt Short Oval
• Rallycross Track with Joker
• Derby Circuit with Figure 8
• Short Course Offroad track with big jumps

The Drift Circuits:

I had the pleasure when making this map to work with a great drifting community called Street Scum Car Club (you’ll see some logos dotted around) but in particular one of my main testers and a person I am very thankful for in the creation process was Stinkmissle. He helped me to create in their words “one of the best drift tracks on BeamNg” with full competition outer zones, inner clips, and even a proper drift start gate if you make it visible. There are wall rides, a Nikko drop, and banked corners for you drifters to sink your teeth into.
And in case you ever get bored of the track there are 3 free drift areas, 2 driving schools, and a switch-back mountain to drift as well.

Offroading:

For those who enjoy a more relaxed and slow-paced drive off the beaten path don’t worry I have you covered too. On this map, there are 2 tough trails one going almost corner to corner and over two different mountains and the other going up a very steep hillside in a switchback fashion to reach a watchtower. And that’s not all because, within the grounds of the racing circuit, there is a full-blown offroad park to test your Jeeps and Trucks on with a ton of RC Crawler-themed obstacles like a log bridge and stair climb. And just in case you get bored of those options there is a giant mud bog area with super deep mud holes up to 6 feet deep in a few places.
